Jones Day represents Atlas Pipeline Partners LP in its pending acquisition of 100 percent of the equity interest in TEAK Midstream LLC of Dallas for $1 billion in cash. Thompson &amp Knight represents TEAK in the deal, which gives the Philadelphia-based Atlas Pipeline entree into the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas, where drilling is booming.
