The judge who is overseeing a criminal complaint against Gov. Rick Perry on Sept. 6 chose members for a grand jury. During the proceeding, two prosecutors sat at the counsel tables: the attorney pro tem for the Perry complaint and the attorney pro tem for a citizen?s criminal complaint against Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg.
