Jacob Marshall has sent a demand letter, made phone calls and even filed a lawsuit on behalf of two clients, all in hopes of recovering nearly a half-million dollars in settlement money that his clients believe was deposited in their former attorney’s Interest On Lawyer Trust Account. But, Marshall says, so far it’s all to no avail.
